"Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean! The view was perfect, so when we were in our room, it was nice that we could sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful view! The windows open, which is a great feature! The pools were lovely, such an added luxury! The hot tub was usually crowded. Prince Waikiki is a great location, too! It’s close enough to walk most places, or take a short Uber ride, and it’s not in the middle of the city. The restaurant had good food but the atmosphere wasn’t our favorite. Many people come for the buffet and so it doesn’t have that laid-back vibe. The staff is very kind and always helpful! If we go back to Oahu, we would love to stay there again!"
"We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The resort was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every request we made was taken care of promptly, and the attention to detail throughout our stay made us feel so special. From the comfortable beds to the staff remembering our names, it was clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including stuffed animals for our children, a birthday note, and a special dessert to celebrate. We also loved the privacy light option and how our room was refreshed daily, with little details that made each day feel special.
There were only two minor issues during our stay: an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a sink knob that kept getting stuck. We would also love to see more dining options available, particularly for breakfast.
Overall, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. The level of service and personal attention truly stood out, and we would absolutely stay at the Four Seasons again!"
