"We had a wonderful stay at Prince Waikiki and would absolutely stay here again! The views are incredible and were one of our favorite parts of the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a birthday card and a delicious cake waiting in our room—it was such a thoughtful touch that made my birthday even more special.
The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They kindly accommodated our request to change to a room with our preferred view, and whenever we needed something, like a microwave or an extra chair, it was delivered to our room almost immediately.
We also loved the pool, which was the perfect place to relax after exploring Honolulu. The room itself was comfortable, and the Toto toilet with the heated bidet seat was a luxurious feature we really appreciated. Another highlight was the hotel’s coffee shop—I looked forward to getting my morning coffee there every day.
Overall, Prince Waikiki exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, thoughtful hospitality, and beautiful accommodations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Honolulu!"
